1. What TIE Vault is

TIE Vault is a personal productivity tool that helps you organise your Spanish residency paperwork: checklists, document storage, expiry reminders, AI guidance, and an optional appointment-finding service. It is provided by ORIONPATH UNIPESSOAL LDA, Rua Afonso Henriques, 132, Monção, 4950-854, Portugal.

2. Not legal advice

TIE Vault provides administrative guidance and document organisation only. We are not a law firm, a gestoría, or an immigration adviser, and nothing we provide is legal advice. Always verify requirements with the official Spanish authorities. For complex situations, consult a qualified immigration lawyer or gestor.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you add.

4. Plans and payment

  • Free features are provided at no cost.
  • Premium and Family are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • The appointment-finding service places a hold on your card and only charges you if we find you an appointment. If we don't, the hold is released and you are not charged.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe.

5. The appointment-finding service

We search official public appointment systems on your behalf and let you know when a slot is available so you can book it. We do not resell public appointments and we act only on your request. Availability depends on the authorities and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break security, and no uploading of content you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Availability

We work to keep TIE Vault available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account and data at any time from your account settings.
